Barreirinhas
Departure starts at 9am, with transportation by shared 4x4. We pick up participants at their inns in Barreirinhas and head toward the National Park.
Depending on trail conditions and the time of year, the trek begins in the Lagoa Azul area or in Baixa da Onça.
From the access point, the trek begins accompanied by our guide. It covers about 14 km, with 3 to 4 hours of actual walking, plus stops for swimming in the lagoons and enjoying the scenery.
The route follows the dunes toward the Lagoa Bonita area, passing through different lagoons and landscapes of the National Park.
We reach the Lagoa Bonita area in the late afternoon, where we enjoy the sunset before the shared 4x4 ride back to Barreirinhas.
Arrival in Barreirinhas is expected around 7:30pm to 8pm, with drop-off at the inns or in the city center, as preferred.
During the rainy season, especially between January and June, car access to the Lagoa Azul area may be temporarily affected by the amount of water on the trail.
When this happens, the start of the tour is adapted to the Baixa da Onça area.
The change is made according to access conditions and does not affect the experience: both areas offer beautiful dune and lagoon landscapes.
